We have a huge Halloween weekend here at Pismo Sands. We do a movie night, karaoke/dance party and cookie and cupcake decorating that Friday night. On Saturday of that weekend we do a site decorating contest, costume contest and finish the night off with trick or treating. This will be our 5th annual Halloween weekend here at Pismo Sands

Halloween Carnival and Haunted Maze

The City of Arroyo Grande Recreation Services Department presents the Halloween Carnival Chaos & Maze!!! This is a 2-day Halloween event at Elm Street Park (corner of Ash and Elm streets). Children of all ages and adults are invited to enjoy unlimited bounce-n-play, carnival games for candy and toy prizes, food vendors, the haunted maze, a costume contest and a pumpkin decorating contest, and more! To enter the pumpkin decorating contest participants should bring decorated pumpkins from home. Tickets for the carnival and maze can be purchased at the Recreation office, 1221 Ash Street, or at the door. When setting up a camper, try choose a level spot, ideally with natural shade to keep the camper cool. Before you unhook, check the ground for any debris or rocks that could interfere with leveling.
Use leveling blocks if needed, and once the camper is stable, extend the stabilizers for added security.
Make sure to position your camper so that the utilities (water, electric, and sewer) are easily accessible, and always set up your campsite in a way that respects the space and privacy of neighboring campers.
